Necessity of conducting and its type are determined by traffic police after transport permit agreement.

Conducting can be carried out:

- By convoy car with orange or yellow beacon;

- Patrol car of traffic police;

Conducting by convoy car provided by cargo carrier or consignor is required in the follow cases:

- Vehicle width is more than 3.5 meters;

- Length of articulated lorry exceeds 24 meters;

Patrol car of traffic police is realized on a contract basis and it’s required in cases if:

- Vehicle width is more than 4.0 meters;

- Length of articulated lorry exceeds 30.0 meters;

- Vehicle has to place median strip at least in part

- It’s presumed to change route on-the-fly in the process of movement to provide passage safety

Speed of over-weight and highly-loaded cargo transport is fixed by traffic police according to requests of other organizations agreed this freight. Speed shouldn’t exceed 60 km/h on roads, 15 km/h on bridge constructions. At the same time allowed driving mode can have variable character on the different parts of the route.
